10-Day Gorilla Trekking Safari & Wildlife Encounters Package

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Wake up have breakfast then with your luggage, transfer to Murchison Falls National Park a journey of 4-5 hours with en-route lunch along the way.

After a while driving, you reach the Park in the afternoon then transfer to explore the top of the falls which offers you views of the vigorous Murchison Falls, green vegetation terrain, birds and the stunning Rain bow descending deep with in the Falls.

After, proceed to check-in your lodge/ hotel for relaxation,  Dinner and Overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise along the Victoria Nile

Wake up have breakfast then transfer to the Park to enjoy a Game Drive along the various tracks watching wildlife wandering around their natural vegetation habitat.

The Wildlife animals you will watch include; Hyenas, Giraffes, Lions, birds, Hartebeests, buffalos, elephants, Uganda Kobs etc.

Then later on you break off for lunch and later proceed to the Victoria Nile to enjoy a Boat Cruise along the Victoria Nile where you view Hippos, Crocodiles and Birds flying around their habitat.

After, transfer for Dinner and Overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest National Park

Wake up have breakfast then transfer to the Park headquarters for briefing on the Dos and Don’ts around the Chimpanzees then later in groups of 8 with a Park Ranger Guide, transfer to the starting point i.e Kanyanchu Visitor’s Center.

From here, you leave to penetrate the forest to track the Chimpanzees for 2-4 hours and when you meet them, only an hour is allowed in their presence taking numerous photos to keep for memories.

AFter Chimpanzee Tracking, proceed back to your lodge/ hotel for Dinner and Overnight. Ndali Safari Lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park for Boat Cruise

Wake up have breakfast then with your luggage, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park a journey that takes you 3-4 hours hours.

En-route enjoy views at the green vegetation terrain, Birds and Mountain Rwenzori range in a distance.

After a while driving, reach the Park break off for lunch then later transfer to the Kazinga Channel for Boat Cruise and this rewards you views of Hippos, Crocodiles, Bottom of the Falls as well as numerous species of Birds.

After your Boat Cruise experience, proceed to check-in your lodge/ hotel for Dinner and Overnight. Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 6: En-route Game Drive then Transfer to Bwindi Forest

Wake up have breakfast then transfer on an en-route Game Drive in the Kasenyi Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Watch the various wildlife animals wandering their natural habitat and these include; Buffaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, white striped jackals, antelopes, Uganda Kobs, warthogs, bush bucks etc.

After a while driving, embark on your transfer to the stunning Bwindi Forest located South West of Uganda.

When you reach the Park, proceed to check-in your lodge/ hotel for Relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 7: Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Forest National Park

Wake up early have breakfast then later on transfer to the Park headquarters for briefing on the Dos and Don’ts around the Mountain Gorillas.

A Gorilla group is allocated depending on the physical fitness of the visitors and these are distributed by the park rangers.

After allocation of a Gorilla group in groups of 8, transfer with a ranger guide into the forest to track the Mountain Gorillas in their natural forest vegetation habitat for 3-5 hours and when you meet them, only an hour is allowed in their presence to take photos to keep for memories.

After Gorilla Trekking, proceed back to the headquarters for your Gorilla Trekking Certificate then later to your lodge/ hotel for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 8: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Wake up have breakfast then with your luggage, transfer to Lake Mburo National Park located a few kilometers off the busy Town of Mbarara.

Lunch is en-route at the Igongo Cultural Center then later proceed to the Park to enjoy an evening Game Drive then later transfer to check-in your lodge/ hotel for Dinner and Overnight. Mihingo Lodge.

Day 9: Game drive and Boat Cruise in Lake Mburo

Wake up early have breakfast then transfer to the Park to enjoy a Morning to Mid Day Game Drive along the various tracks watching numerous wildlife animals wander around their natural vegetation habitat.

The wildlife animals you watch include; leopards, kobs, giraffes, small antelope, eland, zebras, topis, etc.

After the Game Drive, break off for lunch then later transfer to Lake Mburo to enjoy an afternoon boat cruise which offers you views of crocodiles, Hippos as well as numerous bird species. After, return back to your lodge/ hotel for Dinner and Overnight. Mihingo Lodge.

Day 10: Departure to Kampala

Wake up have breakfast then transfer with your luggage to Kampala or the Entebbe international Airport to board your flight back home.
